Roughly twenty five years ago, Gary Renard describes an encounter with two spiritual teachers, Arten and Pursah, who shared with him a series of in depth conversations. These discussions expanded on ideas found in influential texts such as The Gospel of Thomas and A Course in Miracles. He later brought these insights together in his well known books, including The Disappearance of the Universe, Your Immortal Reality and Love Has Forgotten No One. This fourth volume both supports those earlier works and stands independently as an accessible starting point for new readers.
Within its pages, the book recounts seven different lifetimes in which the figures referred to as Jesus and Buddha are said to have existed alongside one another, beginning in 700 BC under the names Saka and Hiroji. Through these stories, Arten and Pursah highlight the lessons learned along their shared journey, using them to explain the difference between a view of existence based on division and one centred on unity.
Readers are encouraged to reflect on these ideas and consider how they relate to their own experience. By taking these lessons on board, it is suggested that spiritual understanding can deepen more quickly, offering insights that might otherwise take many years to reach.
